Lena Gnedkova has always been an artist. She is currently a graphic designer and a illustrator, who earned both a Math and IT degrees. Lena tells us a bit more about her self, read below.
TH: Tell us about yourself.
LG: My name is Lena, 25 years old, living in Volgograd, Russia. Traditional & digital art and illustration.
TH: How long does it take you usually to complete one of your pieces?
LG: It depends. Sometimes you just can't get rid of the idea, so the only way is to get it done in one evening or two. And sometimes you cherish an idea for months, trying to persuade yourself that you can do it.
TH: What’s your greatest source of inspiration?
LG:The world. Infinite, marvellous and ridiculous Universe.
TH: Once you finished a piece of art, what do you do?
LG: Two options, actually. I can either fall asleep instantly or get excited and post new artwork everywhere.
TH: Do you think artists see the world differently than people who do not create art?
LG: I guess so. Never had an opportunity to find out. But usually when people say they have no imagination I prefer not to believe them. So I probably just can't imagine living without imagination)
